A brief overview of how Forkeeto works with your data, who can access it, and what you can expect. We keep this page up to date ourselves — it’s not an independent certification.
Forkeeto helps you think things through: it shows possible paths, risks and what to watch out for. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it does not decide for you. It is designed not to support actions that would break the law, harm, disadvantage or discriminate against anyone. If your decision involves health, safety, money or law, also consult someone you trust or a qualified professional.
Your account and access
Logging in works via email with a password or through Google. We never see your passwords — they are stored as hashes by our authentication provider. You can log out of your account anytime in the settings.
Only your account has access to your decisions. You only grant access to specific decisions to people you invite yourself (into a room or via a link) — not your entire account.
Where data is stored
The app runs on cloud infrastructure in the EU region. The database is protected by row-level security rules — your records are only visible to your logged-in account.
All communication between your browser and Forkeeto runs over HTTPS (TLS).
What we do with your data
We only use your decisions, paths, and notes to show them to you in the app and to calculate analyses. We don’t pass them to third parties for marketing, nor do we sell them.
To generate analyses, we send prompts to AI providers via our gateway. These requests are not used to train their models.
Anonymized, shared decisions in the “What people are solving” section are only published if you explicitly confirm it yourself.
Deletion and export
You can delete your account and all data in Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent. Individual decisions can be deleted separately in their detail view.
Reporting a security issue
If you encounter a vulnerability or suspicious behavior, write to us via the contact form with the subject “Bug.” We respond quickly and personally. Please don’t disclose details publicly until we’ve fixed the issue.
What Forkeeto is not
Forkeeto is a decision assistant, not an authority. Analyses and recommendations do not replace a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Please always verify sensitive decisions with a professional.
Responsibility for decisions
Forkeeto shows you possible paths, their risks, and what to watch out for. These are not advice or instructions — they are materials for reflection. The final word and full responsibility for the decision and its consequences always belong to you.
For decisions involving health, safety, law, or significant money, we recommend verifying key points with a professional in that field. We intentionally don’t provide specific links or phone numbers in the app — in an emergency, please reach out to someone you trust or professional help in your area.
Ethical and legal boundaries
Forkeeto is designed not to support actions that would violate the law, harm, disadvantage, discriminate, threaten health, life or dignity, deceive, or manipulate.
These rules override other recommendations — they apply to the entire analysis, action plan, and follow-up questions. Even so, AI is not infallible; the final check of common sense and ethics is always yours.
If you come across an output that you believe violates this principle, write to us — we take it very seriously and will fix it quickly.
